After a quick glance in the Walgreens ad and a little searching online for deals this week, I made a short stop at Walgreens to pick up a few freebies.

Time spent reviewing ad and finding coupons: 15 minutes
Time in store: 10 minutes
Total Saved: $47.83
Total Spent (before tax, after rebate): $3.94

Spin The Deal Tip: When buying sale items, always look for specially marked packages on the shelf. They cost the same as the other items, but they give you a little extra bang for your buck. For instance, on this trip, all 6.4oz Crest toothpaste was on sale for $1.99, but certain varieties had a free travel sized toothpaste and floss attached to the package, so I opted for one of those. Also, the Automatic Shower Cleaner came with a free Scrubbing Bubbles Flushable Wipes sample pack.

As you can see, saving money doesn't have to be a time consuming process. A few minutes here and there can add up to big savings.
